Find and Visit a Club
The best way to learn more about Toastmasters is to visit a club.
Every club has its own culture and personality, but all are welcoming. District 101 serves members from Mountain View to Monterey. Visit several clubs in your preferred area, day, and time to see which is the best fit for you. It’s a good idea to let the club know you’re coming and confirm the meeting information – clubs occasionally need to cancel or move a meeting.

Check out District 4 Toastmasters if you’re looking for a club in the Palo Alto to San Francisco region.
Check out District 57 Toastmasters if you’re looking for a club in the East Bay to North Bay region, including wine country and stretching up the northern California coast to the Oregon border.
If you’re visiting elsewhere in the world, Toastmasters has a Find a club tool that will show you clubs wherever in the world you might be. It’s always fun to see how clubs differ not only in the Bay Area, but around the world!
