District 101 Annual Conference

Unleash the Champion! – D101 Conference

We are thrilled to announce our 7th District Conference which will be fully online, with the theme “Unleash the Champion.” This conference is a unique opportunity for Toastmasters from across the district to gather, network, and grow their public speaking skills.

We invite you to join us on May 20 and 21st to participate in exciting keynote speeches, workshops, and contests that will challenge and inspire you. Whether you’re a seasoned speaker or a new Toastmaster, there will be something for everyone at this conference.

We are proud to announce our keynote speakers: 

• Darren LaCroix, 2001 World Champion, will be speaking on “Unforgettable Presentations, 3 Secrets to Be Remembered & Repeated”

• Lindy MacLaine, 2020 World Championship 2nd runner up, will be speaking on “Emote: Expand Your Expressiveness”

• Lance Miller, 2005 World Champion, will be presenting a workshop on “Building a Championship Club”

• Mike Carr, 2020 World Champion, will be presenting a workshop on “Editing for Excellence: How to Refine Your Speech Like a Champion”

The conference is designed to help members develop their leadership and communication skills, connect with like-minded individuals, and have fun while doing it. With so many great activities and opportunities, we are confident that you will leave the conference feeling empowered, motivated, and ready to unleash your inner champion.
